# Fortevio Mantis 5-String Electric Violin

From Fortevio luthier Valentin Hristov in the UK comes the minimalist "Mantis" electric violin. It's a lightweight, handmade instrument that's comfortable to play and has a great amplified tone. Its barely-there design still gives you all of the physical reference points of an acoustic violin -- the Mantis is everything that you need for the violin to feel comfortable, with nothing that you don't need in the way.

If you're looking for a light, easy to play, and comfortable electric violins with an excellent amplified tone, the the Fortevio Mantis electric violin might be just what you envisioned!

It has a strong, full, and open tone, provided by Fortevio's proprietary pickup design. It sounds great on "acoustic" styles of music, but also works quite well with effects.
