If you choose the BOSS Katana 50, you'll have access to a large suite of effects not available on either of the Fishman Loudbox amps. This means, you can save money by skipping a multi-FX processor in the Effects selection. But, if you think you'd like a multi-FX processor, you can totally use one with the BOSS Katana 50, too. Just set the BOSS Katana 50 to the clean amp model and get all your tones from the multi-FX pedal!

Connections

D'Addario Classic Series Cables

  • Chosose one 10' cable (Straight-Straight or Straight-Right Angle) to connect your instrument directly to your amp
  • Select a second 10' cable if connecting instrument > Effects (or looper) > Amp
  • Add a 3' cable between effects and looper if connecting Instrument > Effects > Looper > Amp

Line 6 G10 Wireless System

The wireless system includes a small transmitter that plugs straight into your instrument's output jack, and a receiver that goes at the beginning of your signal chain. It replaces one of the cables. If going wireless AND adding an effects processor, choose the Line 6 G10 plus a 10' cable. If also adding a looper, add both a 10' cable and a 3' cable.
