This awesome pre-owned Viper is in nearly-new condition, with no visible finish flaws of any kind. Its Root Beer Float Exotic Top finish is a vintage Viper classic. We've seen a couple of these come through over the years, and they've all been truly stunning. This Viper's gorgeous flamed maple top also has a strong spalt figure. The transparent root beer color of its finish really brings out the beauty of the wood, but to make sure this Viper really stands out from the crowd, it has a copper metallic burst along the edges and up the sides of the instrument. 

6 Strings

Go deeper and richer, and cover more parts. Descending in 5ths from the violin’s traditional E-A-D-G strings, a 6-string adds a low C and low F. This gets you deep into cello range and almost covers the full range of the guitar as well. In fact, with a special combination of strings you can even tune your 6-string Viper like a guitar. The bridge curvature and string spacing on the Viper make it possible to comfortably transition from your 4-string acoustic to this 6-string and back.

Viper Support System

The unique Viper support system combines a guitar-style strap with an adjustable locking chest support for a totally hands-free playing experience. The support system replaces the need for a shoulder rest and chin rest and affords you the ability to sing, move, run, jump, clap, interact with the audience…whatever!

Barbera Hybrid Pickup

The Barbera Hybrid pickup bridge integrates separate transducers for each string. Barbara bridges produce exceptional tone with strong, balanced output. Great for "clean" acoustic styles, and ideal for use with high-gain effects or in high-volume settings.
