The body design incorporates a chin rest, an upper bout shifting indicator and the necessary lower body width to accommodate standard violin shoulder rests.

The Line gets its clean, balanced tone from 3Dvarius' own 'S' pickup, a piezo-electric pickup using one sensor per string. A volume knob is found on the back of the instruments near the 1/4 inch output jack, which is conveniently angled to keep the cable from tugging on the violin or getting in the way.
3Dvarius Electric Violins are made in France under careful production and quality control and carry a 2-year manufacturer's warranty.
