Procell 9-volt batteries are perfect for most electric violins with active preamps, from Yamaha's SV-200 and EV-204/5 to most of Zeta's instrument line. Sold individually -- buy and extra to keep in your case!From the NS Design CR series to Yamaha's SV-200 and EV-204/5 and most of Zeta's instrument line, many of the electric violins we sell require a nine-volt battery to power the active electronics on-board. Depending on how much you play, you can use up your batteries more quickly than you expect Duracell's Procell line is designed to provide dependable, long-lasting power in more-demanding professional and industrial applications. They seem to last a bit longer than the standard "copper top" batteries did, here in the shop. We sell the 9-volts individually, and we recommend carrying an extra backup in your case, just in case.
