True Sound

SonoFlex features a condenser capsule, offering a lightweight design with an impressive 145dB SPL, faithfully capturing the full frequency range and dynamic nuances of your instrument. Additionally, the included XLR adaptor has a 2-way switch allowing you to select between full frequency send or a low cut below 80 Hz, to filter out unwanted low-end transients.

The mic's cardioid pattern effectively prevents bleed from other sources. The uniquely designed shock mount isolates the capsule from vibrations and movement on the instrument, providing performers with a worry-free, top-tier playing experience.

Easy, Stable Mounting 

With the all-new rotary lock design, just align the docking with the instrument mount and give it a simple twist. SonoFlex instantly locks into place. No more fumbling during instrument changes mid-show. SonoFlex makes the switch seamless, fast, and stress-free.

A 12 cm low-rebound gooseneck gives you precise, reliable mic placement that won’t drift, no matter how expressive your playing gets, while the included violin clip is adjustable for instrument widths from 35-71mm, allowing for secure mounting on violins, violas, and mandolins.

Wired to Wireless

For wired use (native), use the included CLV29 XLR adapter cable and connect to a mixer or audio interface that provides 48V phantom power and complies with IEC 61938.

For wireless use (separate components required), set the SonoFlex base switch to 2-Wire mode and connect to a 3rd party wireless bodypack transmitter, e.g Shure, Sennheiser, Mipro (sold separately) using the appropriate CloudVocal wireless adaptor (contact us to special order).

Low Impedance For The Win

SonoFlex features a significantly lower output impedance compared to other clip-on condenser microphones, effectively reducing signal degradation and loading effects. Even when connected to high-impedance input devices, it maintains full frequency response and fast transient accuracy — ensuring stable performance and professional sound quality across all setups.
