This superior quality, professional-grade rosin provides excellent grip and delivers clear, complex tone. 'Ultra' is a grippy formula that is recommended it for cellists and bassists, but is also great for violinists or violists, especially extended range players, seeking more grip and “pop.”

Magic Rosin's special recipe uses only premium, purified pine resins and yields rosin with a clear, glass-like appearance that allows a design placed underneath the rosin cake to be visible.
This rosin is very grippy, and just 2-3 swipes on the bow is enough for most players.
If you are a 4-string violinist or violist who wants a grippy--but not too grippy--rosin, consider Magic Rosin 3G instead.
