Wittner now makes a composite tailpiece with built-in fine tuners for five string violins -- these are lighter than than the metal Thomastik 5-string tailpiece. These composite tailpieces allow you to have fine tuners for every string without the weight of the hardware for five individual "fix" style fine tuners.
