ETJ electric violins are designed and handmade by Eric Jacquin in Monteux, France. The MZ model's unique, lightweight wooden design is attractive, extremely lightweight, and easy to play. The neck-through body construction carved from a fine piece of walnut enrich the tone of this instrument, which is dark, rich and lush.

Truly a handmade instrument, the ETJ violin is carved out of a single piece of wood. It was carefully hand varnished in a multi-day process, which not only adds to the complexity of its tone but gives it a gorgeous organic sheen. The result is a very light design that produces a natural sound, rich in harmonics, highlighting the warm vibrations of its highly resonant wood, perfect for expressing the nuances of traditional violin playing.
